Brief History
Cory started racing at the age of 7-years-old in the Junior Dragster division. As he grew up so did the cars. He ran Super Comp and was the youngest winner in the Moroso 5 Day Bracket Series in West Palm Beach, Florida. Eventually Hedgecock decided to give dirt racing a try, and has loved every minute of it since that day.

Competing in a total of 68 events throughout the 2016 season, Cory Hedgecock reeled in 20 overall victories. With the weather affecting only five of his scheduled dates, Hedgecock posted 49 Top 10 finishes and 42 Top 5 outings. Cory also clinched the 2016 NeSmith Dirt Late Model Series National Championship along with Cruise with the Champions Rookie of the Year.

The 2017 season saw Cory Hedgecock attend a total of 62 events while visiting victory lanes 28 times. Losing seven of his scheduled dates to Mother Nature, Hedgecock collected 48 Top-10 outings and 43 Top-5 finishes. He also captured his second straight NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series National Championship.

Competing in both the Super and Crate Late Model ranks during the 2018 season, Cory Hedgecock registered 14 wins in a total of 47 events. With the weather determining the outcome of 14 of his scheduled dates, Hedgecock recorded 37 Top-10 outings and 32 Top-5 finishes. He finished 3rd in the final Durrence Layne Chevrolet Series point standings.

The 2019 season saw Cory Hedgecock attend a total of 53 events bheind the wheel of his Cushman/ Eagle Racing Engines No. 23 Late Model entry. Losing two of his scheduled events to bad weather, Hedgecock tallied 14 wins, 29 Top-5 finishes, and 34 Top-10 outings.
