March 13, 2020 - Podium Finish with Ultimate SE at North Georgia
Friday night found Cory Hedgecock in action at North Georgia Speedway (Chatsworth, Georgia) for the Ultimate Southeast Series season-opener. In a field of 21 cars, Hedgecock broke the track record in time trials, which positioned him on the pole for the feature. With $4,000 on the line, Cory dropped two spots in the 40-lapper to place third behind Donald McIntosh and Zack Mitchell with Booger Brooks, and Jeff Smith rounding out the Top-5.

Saturday night's Southeastern Classic at Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) was postponed to a later date.

March 7, 2020 - Hedgecock Bags Second Win of the Season at Smoky Mountain
Cory Hedgecock bagged his second victory of the season on Saturday night at Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn.

Hedgecock drove his E-Z-GO No. 23 Valley Transport/ Pace Performance/ Rocket Chassis/ Eagle Racing Engine Limited Late Model to a $1,500 payday in the annual Tennessee Tipoff.

“There was a good field of cars in both classes here tonight,” said Hedgecock. “We had a dominate Limited Late Model and I’m thankful for this win. It also feels great to get a solid Top-10 finish against this strong field of Super Late Models. Hopefully we can carry that momentum into Georgia this weekend.”

In the Limited Late Model division, Cory topped the speed charts in a field of 20 cars before cruising to a 25-lap feature win over David Crabtree, Aaron Guinn, Bobby Griffin, and Austin Neely.

In the Super Late Model ranks, Hedgecock went into battle against a field of 34 World of Outlaws (WoO) Morton Buildings Late Model Series drivers. He followed up the sixth fastest lap in his time trial group with a third-place finish in his heat race. Starting the $12,000-to-win A-Main in 11th, Cory improved one spot in the 60-lapper to place tenth.
