October 29, 2017 - Cory Hedgecock Wins in Steelhead at Boyd's Speedway
1After Mother Nature shifted the program back a day, Cory Hedgecock traveled to Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia) on Sunday evening pulling double duty for the Craig Reece Memorial. Following the tenth fastest time in a field of 35 Crate Late Models, Hedgecock streaked to a heat race victory earning him the 10th-starting position for the feature. With $3,500 on the line, Cory jumped up one spot registering a 9th place finish.

1Laying down the fastest time overall in a field of 19 Steelhead Late Models, Hedgecock earned the position for the feature. Leading from wire-to-wire, Cory Hedgecock cruised to his 26th win of the season over Zach Pilcher, Justin Litchford, Kevin Gibson, and Andy Miller.

October 21, 2017 - Hedgecock Visits Volunteer Speedway for Local Show
1Cory Hedgecock made the short trip to Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tennessee) on Saturday night competing in the Steelhead Late Model division. Timing in third fastest in qualifying, Cory earned the 3rd-starting position for the A-Main. After running in a podium spot the entire race, Hedgecock made hard contact with the wall on the final lap that dropped him back to a 5th place finish behind Jason Cardwell, Chase King, Trevor Sise, and Ryan King.

October 14, 2017 - Top 5 Finish With NeSmith Series at Talledega
1On Friday night Cory Hedgecock returned with the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama) for the NASCAR Weekend. With 42 Crate Late Models on hand for the two-day event, Hedgecock secured his spot into the opening night feature with the fourth fastest time in his qualifying group. Starting in 8th, Cory improved four spots in the 40-lapper registering a 4th place finish behind Riley Hickman, Ronnie Johnson, and Cruz Skinner with John Owenby coming in 5th.

1The following night in a field of 41 cars, Hedgecock slipped back to the sixth fastest time in his group sending him into the B-Main. Transferring the Top 7 into the $2,500-to-win A-Main, Cory coasted to a 15-lap consolation victory positioning him 10th on the starting grid for the feature. October 7, 2017 - Cory Hedgecock Visits Oglethorpe for NeSmith Doubleheader
1After Friday’s portion was postponed to Saturday, Cory Hedgecock was one of 30 Crate Late Models signed in at Oglethorpe Speedway Park (Pooler, Georgia) for the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series sanctioned doubleheader. Timing in fourth fastest in his qualifying group, Cory locked into the 7th-starting position for the $2,000-to-win opener. Breaking into the Top 5, Hedgecock jumped up two spots to place 5th behind Garrett Shurling, Jordan Feider, Ronnie Johnson, and Joshua Bishop.

Later on Saturday evening for the second round of the Showdown in Savannah, Hedgecock slipped back to the tenth fastest time in his qualifying group transferring him into the B-Main. Reeling in a 4th place finish, Cory earned the 17th-starting position for the $3,000-to-win finale. Improving six positions in the 40-lap affair, Cory Hedgecock recorded a 11th place outing.
