April 29, 2017 - Hedgecock Wins at I-75 Raceway; Runner-up Finish at CMS
1Preparing for the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series sanctioned event on Saturday night, Cory Hedgecock traveled to I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tennessee) on Friday behind the wheel of the Stanley and Andy Shadden owned #9 525 Late Model for the regular night of racing. Timing in fastest overall in a field of 12 cars, Hedgecock earned the pole position for the A-Main. Jumping into the lead early, Cory Hedgecock streaked to his seventh win of the season over Eddie King Jr., Kyle Courtney, Beau Bice, and Barry Anderson.

1The following night Hedgecock was one of 22 Chevrolet Performance Super Late Models signed in at Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Georgia) for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. Recording the third fastest lap in time trials, Hedgecock earned the 3rd-starting position for the main event. Moving up one spot in the 50-lap affair, Cory Hedgecock notched a 2nd place finish behind Travis Pennington with Tyler Crowder, Jake Knowles, and Devin Dixon rounding out the Top 5.

April 15, 2017 - Bad Luck for Hedgecock in Chevy 525 Series A-Main at Boyd's
1On Saturday evening Cory Hedgecock headed to Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia) for the second stop with the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series. Registering the fastest time overall in a field of 25 cars, Cory earned the pole position for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. After swapping back and forth for the lead throughout the feature, Hedgecock ran into mechanical issues on lap 38 forcing him to pull in. He was credited with a 20th place outing.

April 8, 2017 - Hedgecock Charges to Win #6 at Greenville Speedway
1 Competing in the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series opening weekend, Cory Hedgecock traveled to Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on Friday for the two-day Rumble on the Gumbo. Drawing 33 Crate Late Models, Hedgecock qualified eighth fastest in time trials placing him 8th on the starting rundown for the opening night feature. Wheeling his way into a podium finish, Cory improved five positions in the 40-lapper scoring a 3rd place spot behind Greg Fore and Chase Washington with Cody Smith and Peter Hazzard completing the Top 5.

1On Saturday in another field of 33 cars, Cory blistered down the fastest time overall in qualifying putting him on the pole for the 50-lap main event. Pacing his way through the race with a comfortable lead, Hedgecock held off a late-race charge in the closing laps to capture his sixth win of the season over Brandon Williams, Joseph Joiner, Peter Hazzard, and Chase Washington.
